You have 7 days.
Every piece is pre-loved and one of a kind. If it doesn't fit or isn't for you, exchange it or get your money back within 7 days of delivery.
Two ways to send it back
Bring the piece and your order number (KHZ-…) or the phone number you ordered with. We exchange it or refund you on the spot.
Good to know
- Bought at an outlet? The same 7 days apply, counted from the day you bought it.
- Order not delivered yet? Outlets can't cancel online orders. Contact us instead.
What we take back
Exchange or refund
The same piece in another size is rarely in stock, so pick any other piece. If it costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the rest goes to your Khazanay wallet or comes back in cash.
At an outlet it costs nothing. By courier, you pay to send it back and the delivery of the new piece.
- Khazanay wallet: credited within 7 days of the return reaching us. Needs your email address.
- Cash: on the spot at an outlet. For a courier return, to your bank account within 7 days.
- Paid by card: refunded to your bank.
The original delivery charge is not refunded.
Wrong, damaged or not as described?
If we sent the wrong piece, or it has a fault our photos and description didn't show, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. Bring it to any outlet, or send it to our warehouse by courier (you pay the courier). You get an exchange or a full refund of the price; the delivery charge is not refunded.
