Khazanay is Pakistan’s leading thrift store, specializing in pre-loved and authentic shoes from over 100 original international brands, including HOKA, Allbirds, ASICS, and Brooks. Our mission is to provide quality footwear at affordable prices.
2. Are all products on Khazanay pre-loved or new?
Most of our products are pre-loved, but we also offer brand-new items. Each item undergoes a thorough quality inspection and Ultra Klean process to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Do you have any physical outlets?
Yes, we have outlets in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.

5. What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all orders. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 6 working days all over Pakistan, except on Sundays.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number on the courier’s website to track your order. Alternatively, log in to your account on khazanay.pk, navigate to the "Orders" section, and use the "Track Your Order" option by entering your Order ID and contact number
7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, you can change your delivery address within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping.
9. What is your return policy?
We offer a convenient 7-day return policy. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and with the original tag intact. Customers in Karachi and Lahore can also return items at our outlets.
10. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, fill out the return form provided with your shipment and include it with the item. Use a reliable courier service to send the item back to us.
11. Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges are allowed if the requested product is available in stock and meets our return criteria.
12. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after the returned item is inspected and approved for bank deposits and it will take 24hrs for refunds to proceed at KHAZ Wallet.
13. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
14. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash-on-Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, direct bank transfer, and all major debit/credit cards.
15. Is it safe to make payments on Khazanay?
Yes, we use secure payment gateways to ensure that your transactions are safe and encrypted.
16. How to use KHAZ Wallet?
1. Register Your Account: Go to "My Account" and sign up using the same email address you used to place your order.
2. Check Your Wallet Balance: If you have a balance in your account, a popup will display the available amount in Rs.
3. Add to Cart: After adding an item to your cart, click on the popup to use your Khaz Wallet balance for the order.
4. Apply Wallet Balance: A popup will appear showing the amount in your wallet. Click on it to apply the wallet balance to your order.
5. Automatic Deduction of Delivery Charges: If your wallet balance exceeds the item's price, the delivery charges will be automatically deducted and visible at checkout.
6. Complete Your Order: The wallet balance will be subtracted from the total, and then you can proceed to checkout to complete your order.
17. How can I apply a discount or promo code?
During checkout, enter your promo code in the designated field, and the discount will be applied to your total amount.
18. Are the products on your website authentic?
Yes, all the products on our website are 100% original. We take pride in offering only authentic footwear from top international brands, and every product undergoes a thorough inspection, Ultra Klean process, and strict hygiene protocols to guarantee authenticity, reliability, and cleanliness.
19. How are pre-loved items inspected for quality?
Our team performs a detailed inspection to check for wear, defects, and overall quality before listing pre-loved items.
20. Can I reserve an item for purchase later?
Unfortunately, we do not offer item reservations currently. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
21. What is Ultra Klean, and how does it work?
Ultra Klean is an innovative shoe cleaning technology used by Khazanay to deeply cleanse every part of shoes, ensuring maximum hygiene and freshness. The process involves the use of specialized brushes, steam, UV rays, and air drying for a thorough and effective clean.
22. How does Ultra Klean ensure maximum hygiene?
Ultra Klean utilizes a combination of deep cleaning brushes, high-temperature steam (130°C), UV rays, and advanced air drying. These steps effectively kill bacteria, remove tough dirt, and sanitize shoes, making them hygienically safe for reuse.
23. What parts of the shoe does Ultra Klean clean?
Ultra Klean meticulously cleans every part of the shoes, including the inner area, outsoles, sides, upper part or insteps, and laces.
24. How does the steam cleaning at 130°C help?
Steam at 130°C is crucial in killing bacteria and removing tough dirt, ensuring that shoes are perfectly cleaned and sanitized.
25. Can Ultra Klean remove tough odors from shoes?
Yes, Ultra Klean’s deep cleaning process is designed to tackle tough odors, leaving the shoes looking and smelling fresh.
26. How do I create an account on Khazanay?
Click on the “Sign Up” button on our website and fill out the required information to create your account.
27. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page, and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to reset your password.
28. How can I check my order history?
Log in to your account, go to the “My Orders” section, and view your complete order history.
29. What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
30. Do you have a privacy policy?

31. Are there any warranties on products purchased?
Since most of our products are pre-loved, they do not come with a warranty. However, we ensure quality through rigorous inspections before listing.
32. How do I pay with BaadMay?
If you have an account with BaadMay, simply select BaadMay at Checkout and follow the simple steps to pay with the service
Online
- On the checkout page, click on the BaadMay option to select BaadMay as yourpreferred payment method. You will be redirected to BaadMay’s Web App.
- If you are a new user, you will have to enter your name, number and CNIC. If you are a returning user, you can log in with your phone number and T-PIN.
- Review the invoice and payment plan, the following payment dates yourinstallments will be charged on and their amount. Your first installment is paid atthe time of purchase.
- Add a credit or debit card as your payment method to continue.
- Once your information is correct and you’ve reviewed it, you may enter your t-pin toconfirm payment and you are good to go!
33. What types of cards are accepted for transactions with BaadMay?
BaadMay accepts the following types of cards for transactions:
● Cards issued by valid Pakistani banks.
● Visa and Mastercard.
Note:
● Virtual cards or those issued by digital apps such as Nayapay, Sadapay, Easypaisa,Jazzcash, etc. are not accepted. UnionPay and PayPak cards are also not supported.
● Please ensure your card has sufficient balance to carry out the transaction, or add fundsto your account to complete the transaction.
34. Can I use both my debit and credit cards for an installment plan?
Yes, you can use both debit and credit cards for the installment plan.
35. How do I make a payment?
Once you make a purchase, the first payment is charged immediately and all future paymentsare set to auto-pay. Unless your card on file has any issues, all future payments are mademonthly. Reminders for overdue installments are sent via the BaadMay app to notify customers.For more information on your payments, payments history, or purchase limits, navigate to thePurchases tab in the BaadMay app.
36. What happens if I cannot pay on time or need to change my date?
If you are unable to clear your payments timely, you can contact Customer Care for furtherassistance before your next payment is due. If your payment date is overdue, you will not beable to make any further transactions via BaadMay until the previous balance is cleared.
37. How do I know I have been approved to make a purchase?
For all payments with BaadMay, the service provides an instant response to approval. In case yourpayment is declined, refer to the details stated or contact BaadMay Customer Support for moreinformation.
38. What should I do if I'm unable to pay my installment on time or need to change the payment date?
If you are unable to make a payment on time, contact BaadMay Customer Care forassistance before your next payment is due. You can reach BaadMay at:

If your payment is overdue, you will not be able to make any new transactions via BaadMay until the outstanding balance is cleared.
39. Who is eligible to make purchases with BaadMay?
Everyone is welcome to make any purchase with the BaadMay service at Khazanay.
40. What are the service charges for Buy Now Pay Later?
Buy Now Pay Later service charges are 15%, ensuring transparency and flexibility inmanaging your finances. You will be informed of these charges before finalizing yourorder on the application
41. Will I receive a refund for the service fee and installment amount if I cancel my Buy Now Pay Later order?
If the customer cancels the order, the service fee is non-refundable and if Khazanay cancels the order due to out-of-stock items or unforeseen events, the total amount paid,including the service fee, will be refunded.
42. What happens to my payments when I request a refund or cancel an order?
If a customer requests a refund, our Customer Service team will process it. The amountmay take 12–17 working days to reflect on the customer’s card, and any remaining installments will be cancelled. If the customer requests a refund to their KhazanayWallet, our Customer Service team will transfer the amount to the wallet as per thenormal procedure.
Note
BaadMay installments will continue according to BaadMay’s schedule, and the full orderamount will be refunded to the customer’s Khazanay Wallet.
