Return & Exchange Policy

Our Exchange & Return policy lasts 7 days. You can return or exchange a product for any reason within 7 days after receiving your parcel. 

Just send us the product back to our office and inform us via email at cs@khazanay.com. Please mention your order ID in the email.

Once we receive back your parcel, we will contact you via call/email within 7 working days after your return has been processed. You will then be issued your refund or exchange voucher.
